Overview
We are a small, independent PC-building service based in Ireland. This business operates as a passion-driven hobby rather than a full-scale retail operation. Our goal is to provide affordable and custom-built desktop computers for everyday use, gaming, and general productivity. While we take every sale seriously and aim for a professional level of quality and customer care, we are a small team and operate with limited resources. We do not operate a physical storefront or offer ongoing repair services.
Warranty
All products are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty. As a small-scale independent builder, we aim to provide quality products using reliable components. However, we do not provide our own warranty for the PCs sold. This is a hobby project run by a private individual. I aim to help customers as much as possible, but I am not a registered trader or business. Warranty coverage is provided by the original manufacturers of the individual components, and we are happy to assist with any necessary information or documentation for warranty claims. However:
Most components (e.g., CPUs, GPUs, SSDs, RAM) come with manufacturer warranties, and we are happy to assist with providing invoices or proof of purchase when available. If an issue arises after the 14-day return period, we will do our best to guide the customer toward the correct manufacturer support channels.
We are not responsible for manufacturer response times or decisions regarding warranty claims.
Return & Refund Policy
During cooling-Off Period (14 Days) The following conditions apply:
The PC must be returned in its original condition with all parts, accessories, and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty upon arrival. Returns must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. Damage caused by improper packaging is the responsibility of the sender. A full refund will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned system. Due to the nature of computer components, we do not accept returns for individual parts under any circumstances unless they are faulty or we choose to accept the return at our discretion. If an individual component within a computer system is found to be faulty and qualifies for replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the faulty item back to us or directly to the manufacturer, depending on the situation.
Please note that we cannot guarantee how long it will take to receive a replacement part, as this process is subject to the response times and policies of the manufacturer or supplier (e.g., Amazon). We will, however, provide reasonable assistance in facilitating the replacement where possible, such as offering proof of purchase or forwarding relevant instructions.
This helps ensure the integrity and reliability of all components we sell. Damage During Return Shipping: If a PC is damaged due to poor packaging by the customer during return shipping, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly to cover repair or replacement costs.
If an item is returned without its original packaging, the sender assumes full responsibility for any damage that may occur during transit. Original packaging is designed to protect the item, and failure to use it significantly increases the risk of damage. Returns After 14 Days:
Once the 14-day period has passed, we are no longer obligated to accept returns or offer refunds. Faults after this period are treated as warranty issues with the relevant manufacturer. All returned items must be in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to deduct from your refund if the item is returned in a condition that reflects excessive use, damage, or missing components. This includes, but is not limited to, cosmetic damage, missing parts, and improper or unsafe repackaging. This deduction will be determined fairly and reasonably, based solely on the cost of repairing or replacing any damaged or missing parts, or the loss in value of the item.
We will provide a breakdown of any such deductions upon request. In cases where the absence of original packaging increases the risk of damage during transit or impacts the product’s condition, further deductions may apply.
Data Loss Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from hardware failure, software issues, improper use, or during repairs, replacements, or returns. Customers are strongly advised to back up all important data before using, returning, or sending any system for assessment or service.
Refunds will only be issued once the item has been received and inspected. Items returned damaged due to inadequate packaging may result in a partial refund or no refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and packaging.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If the PC does not function upon arrival, the customer must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist with initial troubleshooting steps and determine if a component is likely faulty.
If a specific part is identified as faulty and under warranty, we will assist with providing proof of purchase to help with an RMA (return merchandise authorization).
If the customer is unable to diagnose the issue, we may suggest visiting a local technician to identify the problem before proceeding with further support.
Warranty & Damage by User
If a system is returned and we find that it has been physically damaged or modified in a way that voids manufacturer warranty (e.g., broken components, signs of tampering), we reserve the right to refuse a full refund or apply a partial refund. Physical evidence of tampering or user-caused damage may still void any refund or warranty support.
Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
Responsibility
After 14 days, we are not responsible for offering full repair or refund services. However, we do offer the following:
We will assist with basic troubleshooting via email or messaging. Troubleshooting during a phone call is not guaranteed.
If the problem cannot be identified remotely, the customer is responsible for visiting a local repair center or technician for diagnosis.
Once the faulty part is determined, we will help provide invoices or support for a manufacturer warranty claim if applicable.
We are not responsible for diagnosing or replacing individual components after the cooling-off period and are not liable for any shipping costs or delays during manufacturer warranty handling.
System Tampering & Internal Access
Opening the system or removing internal components without prior approval may limit the support we can provide. While we understand users may wish to upgrade or modify their systems, any damage caused as a result of opening the case, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs will not be covered by our support.
If an issue arises and the system has been opened, we may require additional diagnostics or deny responsibility for problems resulting from customer modifications. Support may be limited if the system has been opened, modified, or tampered with by the customer or a third party.
Private Seller Disclaimer
All items are sold by a private individual. I am not a registered business or trader. This is a personal hobby project, not a commercial operation. Purchases are made under private sale conditions, and consumer rights applicable to business-to-consumer transactions may not apply.

Our website design, layout, and branding are original. While we may take inspiration from industry leaders, we use our own:

Any resemblance to other websites is coincidental. We do not claim affiliation with any major brand unless explicitly stated. Use of third-party brand logos (such as Corsair, MSI, ASUS, etc.) is solely to reflect compatibility or the presence of those components in our builds.
Third-Party Component Logos
Our site may display well-known brand logos (e.g., Corsair, AMD, Intel) to show the types of components used in our systems. These logos are used respectfully, unmodified, and without suggesting official partnership or distribution rights.
If any manufacturer requests removal of branding, we will comply promptly.
Disclaimer of Liability
We do not accept liability for:
Compatibility issues caused by modifications made after sale. Performance limitations due to software changes or poor maintenance. Any loss of data or productivity resulting from hardware failure. Our responsibility ends once the customer confirms successful delivery and the initial 14-day period has passed.
